hi everybody.
i am new to inkscape. i would like to know if there is a way to add pages on the same inkscape document.thank you for the attention

Thank you very much for explanation. Yes, you were right, I meant more pages for pdf export and document layout. I worked with macromedia freehand before meeting wonderful linux...and I was trying to understand if inkscape works in the same way.......

What are you meaning for pages?
Tne inkscpae document has a work space more than a real "page" as you may intend in text-editors,
so you might organize that space as you like but this won't give you the chance to save different "pages"...
Am i correct if i tell you thet the main goal of you question seems to be pdf export related? that kind of container has the capability to organize content in "pages",
i didn't use this feature in 0.46 version and i don't know how it improved the pdf export, that was not really perfect in the past...
But i'm not sure to answer to your question, give us some extra information in case.
